I can't say enough good things about them. I've had car issues traveling through Derby VT twice in the past 2 years. They made took in their schedule, dropped me off where I was staying and picked me up when the car is ready. Their work is guaranteed and underwritten by an insurance policy. Fair prices, prompt, and courteous. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Came in for an appointment to get new snow tires put on (I was told elsewhere that I needed new ones). At Don’s auto they were completely honest and told me I could safely go another winter and spring with the snow tires I had on already. Never have I experienced such honesty from an auto shop.
