I needed a state inspection relevantly fast and they got me in quick! I was not expecting that, I expected a three week wait at least. I also missed my appointment time by 45mins (my fault) and they still helped me out and took my car in for inspection. They also noticed my oil was low and topped it off for me. They were very friendly and helpful. The guy who helped me at the front desk was very patient, understanding, and courteous. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had with a car shop, I was pleasantly surprised! Oh also to add, the online system for paper work and payments is very well organized, easy to follow, and makes the whole process 10x faster and easier.

I feel so welcomed when I have any issues with my Vehicle! First you get your appointment, then your welcomed with coffee, water and candy if you like! Then you get to explain all your concerns with them, and they take such good care of your vehicle. If you are waiting, there, you even get to read the mornings addition of the newspaper. they have this great magazine called the Northern Vermont Journal which I found a terrific article on Willoughby Lake Area, and it kept me busy while I waited for my vehicle repairs to finish. They have warm and friendly smiles and conversate with you if you like to talk. It more than a service it's a community of kindness and care. I cannot say enough good about the way I feel for Dons Auto It's a very comfortable place to go and I have to say the price is so fair I have not had any regrets yet with the cost to get my vehicle running safe all year long. You give them a try. you will feel great about it.
