What an amazing shop. I'm not kidding when i say I have never dealt with a service station so courteous. I am from Rhode Island and I am in the process of buying a car from Newport VT. I needed someone to inspect it for me before I took the 4hr drive. James at the front desk was exceptionally polite and to my shock offered to inspect the vehicle for free. Dons auto Service is outstanding!. After traveling from New York, the water pump blew in our truck and they fixed it within a day at their new facility, which is absolutely stunning and cutting edge. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone with auto repairs. The price is fair and they work with your extended warranty companies as well. James, who took my initial call, was compassionate to the situation as we had to be back in New York on Wednesday And managed to fit us in his schedule the very next day, which was shocking since the GMC dealership told us to leave the truck for 4 to 6 weeks which was absolutely ridiculous. Thank you, Don's auto service, we appreciate you and we use you with all of our service vehicle needs
