I didn’t have to do a single thing but drop my vehicle off and pick it back up. The team was super responsive and great about explaining everything to me. Don's Auto goes above and beyond for customer service. they help me with my warranties and save me money wherever they can. they are professional and prompt when it comes to getting the vehicle fixed. I cannot express the gratitude i have for feeling like i have a reliable family friendly care for my vehicle. I always feel safe driving my grandchildren around the states with me. I take a lot of highway trips to visit family and just knowing if there is something wrong with the vehicle no matter what it is, I have the trust I need in my service for my vehicle.
